The Institution is the company/group/individual behind the production, advertising, finance etc of a media text (i.e The Sun, Andy Grammar).

Ideology is the views, thoughts feeling etc of the company behind a text, and what they aim to portray (i.e pro-religion, anti-immigration etc).

Audience
The Audience is who a particular text is targeted at/the group in which the text aims to influence.
Who is it for? What do people do with it? Whose needs does it fulfill?

Representation
Representation is how a text is presented, in order for it to be interpreted in a specific way by the target audience.
Which individuals/groups/issues appear in it? How are they portrayed? What is excluded?
